Artificial Intelligence Metropolis and the Machine Man

A contribution by Bertina Schulze-Mittendorff, Master of Arts, M.A., Hamburg, January 2022 (PDF in German)
Bertina Schulze-Mittendorff is the daughter of the sculptor and filmmaker Walter Schulze-Mittendorff (1893 - 1976), who created the sculptures for the film Metropolis in 1925/26, including the "Machine Man", which has become a cult figure.
